Class Descriptions

The first 30 minutes is simple, fun cardio moves done in sets of 5 for 1-2 minutes each, followed by 30 minutes of tone-you-up strength using hand weights or the sand bar, finishing with synergy designed to open the joints and lubricate connective tissue with flowing movements. Come for any 30 minute segment or stay for all for a complete workout.

30 minutes of being ALL ABOUT the abs. This is one class that will keep you beach ready all year long.

A 30 minute class where any type of format can happen on any given Thursday morning. Ever changing because “Anything Goes” each week! If you enjoy the challenge of not knowing what to expect, then this class is for you!

30 minutes of intervals focusing on the back and core in standing, seated, supine and prone positions. Dumbbells, balls and mats are often used. Each class consists of a dirty dozen of exercises, there are 3 rounds in each class, with the repeated each round. Please bring your own mat

Ballet, Pilates, & cardio for a total body toning class!

Based on the Lotte Berk Barre method (the genesis of the Barre movement), this class fuses the best of Pilates, yoga, aerobics, and strength exercises to deliver a results-driven workout that is not only fun and dynamic, but it will sculpt your body and get you into absolutely amazing shape. You will use a combination of props that include the ballet barre, light weights, mini looped bands, and gliding disks.

High-intensity strength & cardio workout in an upbeat, competitive environment.

Improve your overall strength and cardiovascular endurance with a high energy interval workout. Weight training and cardiovascular drills alternate to give a full body workout while keeping heart rate up and results real.

Kick and punch your way to your target heart rate. Add some new and old Hi-Lo moves, banging music and the 30 minutes is over before you know it. Round off this total body workout with 30 minutes of compound muscle moves using weights and bands.

Move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance, and range of movement.

Curls n’ Crunches is a 30 min. full upper body and core workout including dumbbell free weights as well as body weight. Great for all levels of fitness.

This evening stretch and mobility class is a great way to end your day. Designed to help you improve your flexibility, increase your range of motion, and reduce tension. In this class we introduce concepts of stretching and mobility to better understand how they affect your physical and mental health, posture, recover from injuries, and daily functions.

This class is a total body interval class fusing different workouts to challenge the body to promote cardiovascular health, endurance, and strength training. Exercises will utilize the use of any of the following props: weights, kettlebells, steps, bender balls, glider disk, and mini loop bands. (the step utilization with or without)

45 minute weight loss boot camp that challenges the body and delivers results which combine high intensity interval training (HIIT) and active rest.

Movement restoration through strength & conditioning. Bootcamp style training with sets, repetitions, weights, timed intervals & tempos.

A mix of movement patterns, agility drills and functional training, exercises, mixing in resistance, bands and dumbbells for strengthening of both upper and lower body. We finish off with abs and core exercises on the floor and stretching.

A Total body 45 minute strength training class using a barbell with weighted plates of different sizes, which are changed during the workout. Also utilizes a step bench.

Pick your poison is a fun 30 min. full body workout. Everyone picks out of the mystery workout out jar that has roughly 100 different workouts with an 40sec work and 20sec rest in between each workout out that is picked. Great full body workout that we keep going for the entire class time.
